Faculty Members

Gina Beacham is CoDirector of Epiphany Dance Theatre. She began her training at the Dallas Ballet Center, where she performed in many classical ballets, such as Sleeping Beauty, Don Quixote, Coppelia and the Nutcracker. After spending over ten years with DBC she joined the Collin County Dance Ensemble for one season, as well as performing as an apprentice with Contemporary Ballet Dallas. Gina also trained with Ballet Magnificat. She graduated from SMU with a BFA in Dance Performance and a BA in English. Gina is currently a company member at Contemporary Ballet Dallas and her desire for Epiphany Dance Theatre is to reflect Christ through dance, as well as to be a role model and mentor for the next generation.



Kathleen Donachie studied under Norma Shields and Leia Hardimon at Dance Institute of Dallas as a child. She was appointed a member of the balletfoundation company at fourteen. She graduated from the school and joined the professional division of the company in 2005. She has danced leading ballerina roles in The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, and Pas de Quatre and Soloist roles in Cinderella, Le Corsaire, La Bayadere, Paquita, Giselle and Swan Lake as well as many contemporary works. She has partnered with Norbert Nirewicz, Silver Medalist. Ms. Donachie is currently in New York City with Broadway Dance Center.



Suzanne Ramirez is director of the Jazz Department at Dance Institute of Dallas, as well as a Master Teacher and Competitive Coach. Suzanne received extensive training in ballet, jazz and tap with a specialization in jazz and hip-hop. She has studied under George Skibine, Finis Jhung, Colibri Wegerer, Tanju Tuzer, J David Kirby, Max Stone, Joe Lanteri, Joe Tremaine, Mia Michaels, Buster Cooper, Paul Draper and Savion Glover. Suzanne has twenty years plus experience in studio, academic and convention settings including Brookhaven College, Forcher's Dance Academy, Young Audiences, SMU, Dallas Black Dance Theatre and Dallas Ballet. In addition, she has been a guest artist/dance educator for UNT. Suzanne's choreography has won over 100 National Awards for children's dance competitions including L.A.D.F.'s "Best Choreography" 1990. Her clients include GM, J.C. Penney, Showcase Productions, Chucky Cheese, Starsearch group Bodyrock, Eddie Coker, Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Chamber of Commerce, Ft. Worth Ganster Deterrent Liason-Youth Division and Dallas' Creative Solution Summer Program. In the Industrial community Suzanne has performed for GM and Sally's Beauty Supply. In the commercial arena, she has performed for J.C. Penney and T.I. Her television and video performances include Club 104, Flava TV, Eddie Coker, Dave & Buster's, and Japanese Videos for K.
